Getting in touch with customer service is a real hassle. Their website is misleading. Some products were out of stock for ages. That guy Jason, or whatever his actual name is, had a really rude demeanor.

"Terrible Experience - Avoid This Company"
I ordered a TV during Thanksgiving and I'm still waiting for it. Every time I call, they tell me they oversold it and either want me to pay more or pick a different TV, or they’re pushing me to cancel my order. I even complained to the BBB, but it didn’t help. If you ask about the TV, they just respond that it’s available for a higher price.

Honestly, I wish there was a 'Zero' star option to give.

Shipping issues galore. It's been 17 days and still waiting on my stuff. Danielle said she'd call me back yesterday to update me on the shipping, but that never happened. Sometimes, it's a real struggle to get them on the phone, and emails go unanswered.

I bought a Denon AV receiver online. It's been over two weeks, and the UPS tracking still indicates it's in processing. I reached out to their support via email, but got no reply. Finally, I called customer service, and Jason picked up. When I voiced my concerns, he promised to investigate and contact the shipping manager, saying he’d call me back. Two days went by, and still nothing. Honestly, this has got to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered, and I do a lot of online shopping. If there was an option for zero stars, I'd give it to this company.

I attempted to purchase a television from this company, and it’s been two months with no updates on the TV or anything else. They never return my calls or respond to my emails. I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but it feels like I'm hitting a brick wall trying to get a response from them.

"Feeling cheated"
I purchased a Yamaha receiver from them, but later realized I didn't actually need it. I reached out to ask about returning it and followed their mailing instructions (USPS insured). The USPS receipt indicates it was delivered to their location, yet they insist they never got it. I waited through two billing cycles for it to show up on my card, and by that time, it was too late to file a claim with USPS. I did everything they told me to do, and now I'm out $458.00. The owners were completely unyielding and refused to offer any credit.

"Item Never Arrived & Communication Lacked"
I ordered a Yamaha receiver that was listed as in stock, expecting it to show up in 5 days. After waiting 8 days with no updates, I decided to reach out to customer service. Let me tell ya, getting in touch with them was a real hassle and they took their sweet time to get back to me. Eventually, they told me the wholesaler didn’t actually have the item, and it was never sent out. (Honestly, why they didn’t inform me earlier is just frustrating). They later called to say they found another supplier who had the receiver and promised priority shipping, claiming I’d get it in a couple of days. They provided a UPS tracking number, but it only showed that a label was created and nothing more... After waiting another 5 days, still no shipment and no replies to my emails. They offered to send the item again for a third time, but I chose to get my money back instead. They did (fingers crossed) refund me and apologized. I had ordered from a reliable Amazon seller before, and that item shipped the same day. I won’t be ordering from them again.
